Dear Connie, & Family of Drew,
Sr. Rosemary Laboon & I extend our deepest sympathy to each of you. I regret not knowing about your Dad's passing in time to be w/ all of you.
Your Dad was the greatest!!! Loved his perpetual smile, sense of fun & good humor, & faithfilled dedication to his ministry at St. Maurice Parish.
We are sure that he is enjoying heaven w/ your dear Mom, Fr. Keane, Irene & Jim Wilson, The O'Connors, & the many parishioners & friends who were part of his life.
Know that you are in our prayers in a special way. May God grace you w/ all the Faith, Love, & strength you need at this time of sorrow & loss.
Love & prayers,
Sr. Anna Marie Goetz & Sr. Rosemary Laboon

Dear Connie I am so sorry to hear about the passing of your father. Our family ties go back three generations ending in our sharing a room together in college. I have many memories of candy making and china painting and hanging out at The Brucker home on Halsey. I hope you and Gene are well, I think of your often.

Even growing up across the street from this family was like being related! I took art lessons from Mrs. Brucker in Girl Scouts, Cindy would play guitar and sing on the porch, Caron and Donnie and I would always be getting into neighborhood "trouble", putting on terrible skits or turning stray critters in to the police office, and Mr. Brucker was always working on the front of the house. I never knew what other talents he had until I read this, and I am proud to have known him in that he was so humble about them.
