I am so sorry for your lose! I went through PIC in the 1980s and had the honor and privilege to meet Mr Lyons. He would meet and greet all that were there. I can still hear him say 'always follow your dreams'. What an inspiration! I continued my endeavors with nursing school, graduated, and have loved and cared for MANY patients over these years. THANK YOU MR LYONS AND MAY YOU REST IN PEACE!! Sandy Lambert

We will miss our beloved friend, Ed, a most caring and competent man. His dedication to family ,friends, church, community, country, and society, enabled him to enrich the lives of countless people.
Among his career accomplishments, he received many honors as President and Executive Director of the Private Industry Council of Westmoreland/Fayette,Inc .Always willing to accept a challenge, he implemented programs such as the highly successful Head Start Program that is exemplary at all levels of government.
