To Libby's Family,
Five years ago I met Libby and John as they were the next door neighbors at my new home in Florida. I phoned Libby to be positive they were home. There was a crystal clear blue sky in Spruce Creek when I walked across the driveways to meet them. It was obvious Libby had already opened the front door in preparation for our introductions. Looking back, I can't remember if we actually gave our names or we just hugged each other first. All I know is that being in Florida included being with John and Libby. It was so much fun learning about Florida thru the eyes of Libby and John. We found pleasure in each other's homes and movies and restaurants and universal studio and neighboring towns and maneuvering back roads to get to almost any location.
The blessing has been knowing how devoted Libby was to the Lord and that someday we will once again be neighbors. So for now, to all of Libby's family I just want to say thank you for sharing such a special lady with us. And to Libby, if she could hear me: rest in peace, my friend.
