Today our country buries one of her heroes
A wife grieves for her lost love
Two sons reconcile the loss of their Dad
Siblings remember a long lifetime of a brother's love
Kinships and friendships come to an end
And I say goodbye to my Gramps
Lloyd Myers
We can take some time for our sadness,
but it should not linger long.
Although we feel our loss is great, on February 6th
a Father rejoiced in welcoming home a son.

Though my ears will never again hear your voice
my arms receive no more embraces
Your words and memory will whisper in my head
and I'll forever hold you in my heart.

My sincere condolences to Lloyd's family.
I worked with Lloyd at WABCO. He took me under his wing when I was just a young man. Lloyd was also a strong union man, having served as an elected representative in UE Local 610. Lloyd taught me a lot about the importance of fighting for the working man.
He was not only a dear friend, but he was a mentor to me. Lloyd was one of the finest persons I have ever met. May he rest in eternal peace.

Marjorie,
My sincerest sympathies for your loss.
Visits from you and Lloyd always brightened my mother's days, and gave her something to look forward to, each year. She was very appreciative of the fact that you two took the time to stop and see her.
You will always have many cherished memories of your years together, and the love you shared.
Your cousin,
Sandra
