Dear Phil and Family

I'm very sorry to hear the news about Bob. I talked to him a several weeks ago and would never have thought I would be writing this note. I'll miss his phone calls to check on me and hear his stories while he listened to mine. What a great guy. Not many hvac contractors could be so fortunate to have such a special customer. Many prayers for Bob and your family.

Bob was a client of ITS, I am the Receptionist and we would always have a nice conversation about his stay at the beach during the winter months. He was sweet, and would always give me an update on how his wife was doing, he was so caring...I know he will be missed. My heart-felt sympathy to his wife and family.

Dear Phil and Family,

I don't have to tell you how much Bob will be missed by all of us, he was a wonderful man and loving and caring husband and father. I've known Bob for over 40 years when he used to service our elevators at the Cost Bldg in Forest Hills and reunited again when he and Phil joined our small family church in Plum. We had the pleasure of spending time in Sugar Creek, Ohio with our group and he and you Phil are like "part of the family". My prayers and sympathy go out to you all.
Love,
Connie Fiorina
