Mr. DePetro was such a sweetheart. He will be missed by many. We loved seeing him at the PLUM football games. My heartfelt sympathy goes out to his family. May God be with them during this difficult time.

Tony was my walking buddy, but he also treated me like family. He would see us coming or hear my white cane tapping, and then join up with us so we could all walk the neighborhood and stop to talk with the neighbors. When I heard he wasn't well, being able to walk over and visit him on my own was what gave me the self-confidence I needed to learn the route to his house and start walking independently. He's given me something that nobody can ever take away... confidence and independence.
