My husband, Don & I have known James for many years. We lived just a couple of streets over from him when he lived on Tapps Island. Our youngest daughter spent many happy hours in the Storey household as did many children when they were growing up. James was a devoted family man & well respected by everyone who knew him. He will definitely be missed by many people as well as his family. To Angela, Sarah & Kristin our thoughts & prayers are with you. We feel badly that we will not be able to join you on Saturday due to another commitment.

A great neighbor. A good, honest man anyone could trust. James' passing is a great loss to the community. We will miss seeing him and speaking with him during his walks about town or knowing he is tending his beautiful flowers. There was a comfort in just knowing James was around the corner and down the block. Words cannot convey our sincere condolences to his family. We cry with you.
