The fondest memories of Frank will always remain.
I'm sorry for your loss and pray the Lord's blessings on you children.
To the family: Frank gave me my first job in a law office and despite our ups and downs, I credit his love of the law and uniqueness in dealing with issues he was faced with instilled the love I still have, after 25 years, of the business. Sometimes he was rough and sometimes he was great but I learned early on that he was a friend and acquaintance I could always count on. My thoughts and prayers are with you all as you deal with your loss. He will be missed.
Frank was like a member of my family and that he remembered my father in his passing, not only means the world to me but shows the kind of person he was.

Sorry to hear of Frank's passing. He will be missed by all. The memoreys he leaves behind are endless. I can still picture Frank at the Va Derby he would houst at the farm and all the friends would gather for the food, drinks and horse race fun. I can remember our cheer as we would watch the guest devour that bbq goat meat like they had not eaten for a week, Frank would look at me with that unieak grin he had and ask me what I thought as we watched them line up for more, what fun we had. I will always remember the story of when Frank printed up some cards and passed around town of a quant little place he called ToTo's tea room on Euclid Ave and the gleam on Nancy Barker's face when she tells the story of looking up to her suprize and 2 health inspector's were standing in her house wanting to inspect the Tea room facility's. There will always be Frank stories to tell that will bring that grin to our face for years to come.

I came to Bristol in 1979 as a new lawyer. With the help of John Gillenwater and a bottle of Scotch, I successfully mediated my first lawsuit with Frank. This was long before alternate dispute resolution was even considered in the practice of law.
Frank was a tough opponent, but always a fair, respectful and generous man. He will be missed. Sam Rutherford

I would like to express my sincere condolences on the recent passing of Frank. I first met Frank in 1989 while working as an officer in Bristol Tennessee. Frank and I squared off in court many times for fourteen (14) years and he was a tough opponent, however, Frank was always able to maintain a sense of humor.
May the prayers and support of family and friends give you the strength to take each day forward and hold his memories in your heart.
