Our condolences to Carole and family.
Jack and I were friends at the University
of Cincinnati, and we were Officers in the Army, stationed at Fort Bliss, Tx. Over the last 60 years he has always been
special, always the great athlete, always
the great humanatarian, and always a kind
and thoughtful gentleman. He was an inspirartion to all who knew him. May he rest in peace, with a life well lived.

I did not know him, but I read the story of how he cared for his teammate and I want to say that I admired his determination and heart. God used him for a time to help someone else. Truly great story

Just missed having Jack as an ROTC student; however, one of his team mates knowing I was from Rochester where Jack was playing got us together with his wife Carole to enjoy a few beers. I was so impressed with Jack that I regretted not knowing him earlier when he was at UC, a beloved individual there, too.

To the family and friends of Jack Twyman. May the God of all comfort be with you all during this time of bereavement. It's hard to cope when a love one dies. So through your prayer God can help you all to cope and have peace during this sad time.

The basketball world has lost an MVP. May God bless him for all that he has done for all of us.

i remember watching Jack play in person one time when the Cincinnati Royals played the Minneapolis Lakers. I had read about his devotion to Maurice Stokes.

One of Cincinnati's greatest athletes and truly fine man. Sorry to hear of his passing.

I remember as a youth watching Jack Twyman when he played with the Cincinnati Royals. Not only was Jack Twyman a great basketball player, he was a great man. He showed us that living life meant serving others. At a time the word "hero" is used rather loosely, Jack Twyman really is a true hero.

My uncle Tom Marshall played with Mr. Twyman at Cincinnati. What a class act Mr.Tyman was. I would't trade him for a dozen present day NBA players.
