Luv Ya Man!
January 10, 2013
Seasons drift so quickly
Beneath the single sky
A lesson in the making
All things must come to die.

Therein lies the silence
The journey beyond the breath
To flowers in the forest
We've now become in death.

But speak of the glint of the eye
Reflected in Damascus Blade
For those who saw freedom & honor
And in battle their lives they gave.

So take heart men of Valor
Know your deeds will endure the night
Live on as flowers in the forest
Live on, within God's light.

Rest in Peace, my brother......

I did not know you Bart, but you were my brother's " brother from another mother". Dennis loved you so much and I am grateful for the love you had for him. RIP dear one and as the bible says " in the twinkling of an eye just changed am I" . We will meet again and you and Dennis will be friends forever.

Bart, I will miss your smiling face popping in at 109. When I arrived at TMD, you made me feel welcomed and protected and I will always be grateful for your friendship at work. I can still see your face and hear your laugh and it makes me smile as I write this to you. I am so very glad that I got to see you a month, or so, ago and was able to hug you one last time. I will miss you ... as will so many others. You touched so many people and we are all better for knowing you. Love you too!!!!

Barb, I didn't really know Bobby other than hello, or a wave when he would come over to your house. But I know my kids, especially Bruiser knew and liked him. I just want you to know just how much I love you,Gary, and Lenny. If you need Anything I'm here day or night, and so is the whole family.

You were always there for me. You were supposed to always be there. When they say "life isn't fair" they were talking about losing someone as special as you. Your memory will be with me forever. "All my love Sheriff Bobby, All my love."

I did not know this man but I like him alot because of his values and the personal integrity of his life as he lived it. In my view we should all be more like this man, L.Jackson

One of the most beautiful memorials I've ever read. I'm sorry, I didn't know your son, or friend..you've lost someone so very special. God Bless you.
