Being Bill Cotton's younger sister, I know well what a great friend he was to my brother. What a gift to read Bob's obituary and learn all the amazing things he did with his life. We have contributed to the Wounded Warrior Project many times, and now we will do so in his honor. May Bob rest in peace and in love being reunited with his heavenly family.
Hi Bob, we will all miss your updates in the war zones and all the gifts donated to the Elks that a lot of money was made for our Charities.
You will be missed by all.
We are so sorry to hear of Bob's passing our prayers are with his family
I did not know Bob personally, but am friends and Dive Buddies with his brother Bill. Brother Bill, sounds like you and your Brother share the same gene for adventure and over-achievment. I wish I had known him, I'll bet he had some great stories to share.
My heart goes out to you in this hour of sorrow. I now how I feel about my 3 brothers and will not contemplate losing one. I know you are a man of faith, and as "Brothers in Christ" take comfort in our heavenly reunion,
New Bob well in high school/junior high. Had some great times. Including a memorable drive to Minn. listening to the sound track from A Clockwork Orange. You had to be there.
I just got the news about my dear friend. I'm speechless. Bob and I were trying so hard to reunite and rekindle some fond old childhood memories. We were the very best of friends in junior high and high school. I will so miss you my dear friend and deal with the regret of not being able to meet up again. RIP brother.
I was looking forward to spending more time with Bob in Tucson. I will see him in our next Life in Heaven.
Tucson Bob will be surely missed by many. He had travelled the world and gained so much knowledge and spirit that he shared with others. RIP Bob - know you were admired and loved.
"TUCSON BOB" WILL BE SORELY MISSED BY ALL THE ELKS IN THE CATALINA MT. LODGE #2815, AS WELL AS US, PERSONALLY. HE WAS SUCH A GIVING PERSON & WE LOVED SENDING HIM "CARE PKGS" WHEN HE WAS OVERSEAS. HE, IN TURN, SENT THINGS TO THE LODGE TO BE USED AS FUNDRAISERS WHICH WAS DONE TO BENEFIT THE MANY CHARITY PROGRAMS OF THE ELKS. REST IN PEACE BOB!!!
Bob was an inspiration to all and an asset to Catalina Mountain Elks Lodge. We will truly miss him! Our deepest sympathy.
Bob was a great guy! I had the privilege of working with him for a short time! He was witty and kind! A real treat to be around! Rest in peace Robert!
