Hi Mom, 12 years have gone by and it still seems like yesterday. I miss you so much. I still want to talk with you and ask you questions. I know you´re missed by everyone here. I know you´re keeping an eye on us and I know you´ve seen your newest great grandson, isn´t he a cutie. I love you mucho forever and ever.

Our Dear Mom, it will be 9 years since you left this world in a few days. You are still a huge hole in my heart. There are so many days I need you. Every day I say the rosary I see your picture and remember you´re here with us. I reread all the condolences we received from family and friends. They remind me what a wonderful person you were. Mom, these years have been very hard and many lives have been lost to covid. I thank our Dear Lord that you and Dad weren´t here for it, but still I wish you could have been here to give us hugs to make us feel safe. Days are now getting better after 3 years of covid as far as the disease is concerned. There are still days to look at but God will help us. Mom and Dad please keep an loving eye on us, especially your grandkids who need you. Love you mucho, Patsy

Hi Mom, it's been seven years since you went to heaven. I still miss you very much. There isn't a day I don't talk to you. This year 2020 has been a very hard time. So much has happened. You have Alyssa, Tia Chayo, Marie and now Jack E. with you. I know you were there to welcome them with open arms. Anthony graduated. Jaylene and Xandria graduated. Jisellie and Santino are high schoolers now. Boy, Mom it's been one heck of a year but of course you know. We're just glad you and Dad aren't here to worry about us. Mom and Dad just keep an eye on us, especially your grandchildren. Until next year Mom, sleep with the Angels. I miss you, but I love you mucho mas, your #1 Mija.

Dear Mom, in a few days (9/17) will be the sixth year you went to heaven. I see your beautiful picture with that beautiful smile and I only miss you more. I know you told me not to cry for you because you would not be able to rest, but I miss you so much. Each day has been easier, but then there are days like today. So much has happened since you left us. Now Tia Chayo has joined you All. I know everyone was there to welcome her home, because Lucy told me Tia had such a peaceful look on face when she went to sleep. I am so sorry for your lost. Lupe was one of my favorite client and friends. i used to do her hair for yrs, than I moved to North Carolina, so my sister started to do her hair. I came back to tucson 2002 but my sister was still doing her hair. Than my sister retired term. I am so sorry I missed you when you and virginia came to my house. I was hoping you would of called me. I would of done your hair again. You looks so,,so beautiful when I went to SAn Augustine church. Look younger than your age. Now the Lord has come for you and your in a much peachful place. No pain, NO worries, Oh, and no bills. May God bless all your family and keep them safe. Goodby my friend.

Mom, it's hard to believe that it's already been two weeks since you were called home. It's hard to believe that life goes on after someone so special has been taken away from us. I'm going to be honest, I still feel like I'm dreaming, like you are still just around the corner from me….. Although I know that when I get to your house….you won't be there in your chair, looking at me, smiling as I walk in.
Through this whole craziness around me, the cool part is, I still feel you with me every single day. I can still see your smile. Maybe that's why it doesn't feel like you're gone……because I know you are not, spiritually. I know in my heart that you would never leave my side (or any of the family). I know you will continue to guide us with your love.
Thank you for everything you did for me and Anthony and for ALWAYS being there for us! Thank you for your unconditional love….especially when needed the most. Thank you for teaching me right from wrong, how to share, give and most of all, the value of Love, family and friendship. I am so proud to be your daughter.
I love you mom. I miss you dearly. I look forward to the day we meet again in heaven.

Mommy, there's so much that I'd like to say but again I'll have to keep it short. It's been just over a week and things appear to be getting a little easier as I continue to hear your beautiful voice in the distance. "Don't cry for me, as God is taking care of me, I'm home now." and the prayers from family and friends are helping as well. I will always, forever hold you in my heart Momma. I'm so glad that Amiyah and Layla were able to meet the greatest Nani ever. Although, you were feeling ill, you did all that you could to make memories with each of them. These memories you created will be cherished forever. Amiyah continues to call and search for you so I know you're near and watching over each of us very closely. I want to also thank you for all the lessons and laughter you brought into my life even till the end. Oh yes Mom, I'm sure you know as you alway had to call me and reminde me, today is Brother Joe's birthday so please send him your special blessing as you have alway done. As I sit and give thought on what I wish to write about this wonderful person, I have called my Mother-in-law for 39 years I find myself at a loss for words. But I see her photo above, and she comes to Life again, words are easier to find. So I share with you these thoughts.
Your smile, so warm and genuine, your sense of humor and laughter, if you missed the moment where one heard Mom laughing and you walked in late to know why, you're out of luck it was just to funny to repeat she would only start laughing again and as Dad would say FOR GET ABOUT IT.
A Mother and teacher you taught your girls what it is to be a young lady, to becoming a women, a mother and aunt and at some point of their lives and with the grace of God a grandmother to their own. And her Sons John and Joe to be responsible Men respect the women in their lives and if you marry and have children love your children. The Number one rule to her sons, “You better not forget your Mom"
Granillo, she was so proud of her roots, her parents, brothers and sister always remained at center of her heart. Nieces and nephews she loved so dearly.
So as I say good bye, I say to you, thank you for opening your home to me those 39 plus years ago and welcoming me to your family.
To my Darling Wife Nena, Sisters and Brothers in-laws your loss is immeasurable and so is her memory, which is Gods gift to us all.
