My condolences go out to Barbara's whole family. Barb was a wonderful member of our Smith Mountain Lake book club. She was so witty and insightful at all our discussions. So much fun to be with. At the same time she was so caring and kind. She will be greatly missed. I hope your whole family is surrounded by loving kindness at this difficult time and find peace in knowing what a wonderful impact Barb had on all around her. Susan Jakob
Love you grandma. You looked beautiful yesterday. You are missed by many xo.
I enjoyed Barb so much. Her wit and observations of things around her were wonderful. She seemed to enjoy life and photography. A dear woman who I will certainly miss.
Dear Bill, Jeff, Jon, Robin, Deb, Chris Cory, Liz, Annie, Jack, Laura and Christine,
Our condolences at the passing of your beloved Barb. Over the 40 years I've known her, among the many life lessons she taught me, she held the number one spot for teaching me great table manners with a smile and a little sarcasm. She has always remained in my thoughts all these years as someone who made people feel welcome. I am now spending quiet moments celebrating her terrific life,
With much love,
Jeff & Family. My sincere condolences on the loss of your loved one. May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.
Our sincere sympathies for your loss. Barb, thank you for all the wonderful stories and laughter--especially the story about being locked out on the balcony during the height of mosquito season. Ski-U-Mah Barb. A true Golden Gopher! Our sympathy...Love, Liz and Kate.
My sincere condolence goes to the Thomford and Davis families for your great loss. I am a friend and colleague of Barbara's son, Jon.
