I was very sorry to learn of Fred's passing. He was by all accounts a devoted husband and a very fine gentleman. He and his family will be in my thoughts and prayers.
Mr. Kuesel was an absolute gem. Loved to hear him sing at church. I can't hear How Great Thou Art without hearing the wonderful swell of his voice. Thank you for sharing him with all of us.

Never was there a more devoted, cooperative and honest an individual. Fred wsa devoted to his pre-deceased wife, Mary, and was most proud of his roots in Little Falls. As I recall his saying, he had some history playing high school football, and he followed the Vikings and the Twins.
Fred was such a lovely man. He would come by a couple times a week to visit my folks on Oak grove Blve. when they were still alive. They were good friends. Fred sang at moms funeral. I am sad for his loss, but happy he can once again be with his Mary.
Blessings, Mary Hankins

hello, Paul and family. I tried calling Fred a number of times in December and then this week. So sorry to learn of his passing and glad I got to meet him. He and Mary loved the Arboretum. I"m sure you will miss your uncle and his wonderful singing. Yours sincerely, Anita Rieder from the Minnesota Landscape Arboretum
