Ron was a great man! I had the pleasure of knowing him for about 30 years. I can say that I learned a few things from Ron over the years, mainly when I was younger and needed some direction in life as a young man. I also remember some of the fun times had at the cabin and some pretty good jokes too! ;) I'm gonna miss you Ron, thanks for the memories!!
I miss My dad he was the best man I have ever know. no words can say how I feel except for I miss you and love you with all my heart thank you for giving me life and always being there.
Ron and I did a lot fishing together, he was the guy that taught me how to fish. We worked together for almost 25 years and seen a lot of changes in both of our lives and remained friends even when we did not see each for long periods of time. He knew how to give people crap and how to take crap from people. I remember once in Curly's Café before work one morning, we were doing our usual "bickering" about each other and a guy over and asked if we were going to fight because he wanted us to take it outside. we cracked up laughing and so did the waitress and cook because we stopped there for a lot for coffee before we went to work. I miss the "crabby" old fart! My deepest condolences to the Bachrodt family for the lose of a good man.

My Grandpa was a great man. Though I wasn't able to spend as much time as I would have liked to spend with him, I always enjoyed the times I got to spend with him at the Balloon Fiesta, and the few summers I got to visit the cabin with him. You are forever in my thoughts Grandpa.

Dad,grandpa, old grandpa, ron, george. Many names. We knew him well-smiles and twinkling eyes- his dogs were special,he would pet and talk with them- getting and giving touches of love. We miss him , but he was ready to go , his job as a man was done. He is a spirit ,that dwells in all of us. He was tired. Of he lack of energy , he needed the rest.
Goodbye honey. He fought the good fight. Jerrie
