His sister, my Mother, misses him so much! She still reaches for the phone to call him. He helped her so much in so many ways! If she had a computer, she would say all of this herself. Elsie loves/loved you Joe! She always will and looks forward to the time she will be with her brother again.
We were so sad to hear of Joe's passing. He was a great neighbor on Jerome Ave. He used to love to watch Brook work in the yard and we loved giving him fresh strawberries and blueberries (even after he moved to Woodbury!). Our deepest sympathy to Joe's family - Barb, Brook, Anna and Rachel Duerr
It was such an honor getting to know Joe! He will be missed greatly.
I have lost a big part of my childhood memories with the passing of my Uncle Joe. Joe, you were tough, but I realize it was for our own good. God Bless you, Uncle Joe! I shall always love you and for what you did for your sister and the rest of us. We shall miss you and Love you for ever!
Joe dardis family, Joe will always be remembered by his friends at the lake Elmo barbershop. We always enjoyed his company and even when I would cut his hair at boutwells he would still laugh at my goofy jokes. He will be missed very much by everyone.
Joe Jr. & family, I was very sad to see your Dads passing. I will always remember him fondly. He was a great guy to work for and taught me many things that I took with me throughout my career at 3M. I know he is with your Mom looking down on all of you and smiling. You are in my thoughts and prayers. Gayla
My prayers and thoughts are with you all at this time. I am happy to be apart of your lives and have been able to spend some time with grand pa Joe . The good memories will always be with you. God bless
Joe was my first cousin, his mother was my moms sister. Sadly lost track of each other through the years but with a few phone calls was able to talk to him during the holidays so very glad for that. Always remember a true gift of laughter. To the family, I'm so very sorry for your loss. God bless.
Condolences to the entire Dardis family from Hank & Lisa Hoelscher.

Joe Jr. and Family. My condolences. Joe was a good guy. I remember many good conversations in his office at 3M. May he rest in peace.
