Hi Ted, Ed, & Adrian

Words cannot express our sarrow
Your father was an honorable man, great son, husband, father, grandfather, brother & Uncle, he fought to defend his country, took care of his brother Jackie after his mother and father passed, he did more than his fair share here on earth, but I don't need to tell you that, you all know he was a great man and you know more about him that we do.
My husband & I enjoyed his visits and talking to him on the phone, we admired him, I was proud to call him uncle, he was loved and will be missed.
Take comfort in knowing that your father is at peace.
You have Our Deepest Sympathy
Love You All

Cousin Ted, Eddie & Adrian, Words can't express the sadness felt for the loss of your father, my uncle. As a young girl I remember uncle Manuel with that cigar in his mouth whenever I'd see him. The few times we visited him as I was older our conversations were consumed by his detailed war stories. I had the chance to see him a few yrs. back unfortunately, it was a funeral. Although, he couldn't see that well he maintained great conversation considering. Even though, I didn't get to see him as often as I would like to had, he was never forgotten. He was always referenced in many family conversations about the war and antiques! Sorry I was not able to make the service but I had to be away for business. Rest in peace uncle Manuel, you will be forever in our hearts and memories.
Love, Kim & KimBerly Nicole

I will miss seeing Manny at Cerenity. For the last year I have been playing a piano concert on Friday mornings, and many times Manny sings along with me. I enjoyed visiting with him afterwards. Such a sweet man. He was the best. Tomorrow morning it will be hard to play without him there. I'm so sorry for your loss.

Dear Family of Manny, He was the back bone of Mexican American Veterans Post 5, always available to stand up for the Mexican American who served this country and wanted them to be recognized as well as their families for their contributions to community and country. He will be missed. Our post will be present to pay our deepest respects and farewell. Please call if there is any thing you would like to do.

Ted,Ed and Adrian, I am sorry for your loss. Uncle Manuel was an inspiration to all. He had a passion for the past to present and shared it with many through his stories and photos. I will cherish the fond memories of visiting with Him and Dorothy. I am sorry I cannot be there for the service. I am with my daughter and her family in San Diego. We all send our deepest sympathy.
