Karla, Kris, and Family,
My deepest condolences on the loss of your mother. Another piece of Rice St. and St. Bernard's has slipped away from us. For years I yearned for an NFL football and your father told me he would get me one. And one day years later, there it was. It was called "The Duke." Ray followed thru on his promise. I don't even know how he remembered. But he did. And he made me one of the happiest kids in St. Paul. Christmas couldn't compare to that act of kindness. I will never forget that. I'm sure your mother was just as generous and considerate. Be reassured in your faith that you will see your parents again. You will be in our prayers.
