Thinking of my beautiful brother..... See Ya soon.
we are so saddened by your loss. Mike was an amazing, kind man.
May his memory be a blessing
Kathy and family, Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. I love his picture wearing the "brother Gopher" hat, and we will always miss his easy going demeanor, his big laugh, and generous smile. Kathy, while your days will be long right now, we pray for God to cradle you in his arms during those toughest of times. Peace to you and your whole family.
Kathy and Family,
So very sorry for your loss. Mike was
an exceptional man. Intelligent, gifted,
and caring. He always had time to chat
when I was out walking my dog, and took
the time to work on a small project of mine,at no cost; sharing a bit of himself along the way.
He will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
I'm very, very sorry to hear of Mike's passing. During my first two years at the University of Minnesota's Army ROTC program, 1968-1970, everyone talked about "Big Mike". I finally got to meet him when he returned from Vietnam. He was one of a kind, and will be missed.
Kathy, I am so sorry for the loss of Mike. I was never with you at family gatherings that Mike did not make me smile and laugh. I will always regret that I did not get to visit you as for many years I have been saying I was going to bring Nanna's chair for Mike to remake the one section that is in great disrepair. Love and hugs to you Peter and William. Love Peg Snoke

Kathy, Pete and Betty, You and your family are in our thoughts and prayers.
Another Viet Nam Vet who died much too young; Great role model who treated "our Bob" like he was one of his own; Mike was an extremely talented guy who appears to have been a friend (not just a boss) of everyone he worked with; Kathy & Family will be in our prayers
Kathy & Family --
Sympathy. Oh, so much sympathy. Great memories, too.
Mike was and will forever remain the Best Boss I ever had when he headed of Training & Development at NCS. Always real, always grounded, and always there, supporting his employees and spreading his love of lifelong learning in ways that helped us develop it, too. I forget how many times he asked if this desktop publishing thing might not be a worthwhile investment for the company before I finally looked beyond the box containing the work I was doing and envisioned the work I *could* do with such a set-up. Those were the very early days and thanks to Mike, I had the skill and experience to start my own design business when the job at NCS ended a year or so after he went to Fiskars.
There were the fun times, too. I have a group photo from Weird Tie Day somewhere around here. And Mike was the one who put the work into staying in touch for so long...and getting back in touch a few years ago. I had the joy of seeing the before and after on the Knox/Kreutzer home Mike and Kathy restored, and, more recently, was awestruck by the beauty and comfort of your home in Marathon.
Friends around the world are mourning with the Anderson family. Those of us who can't be there in person on Monday will certainly be there in spirit.
Kathy,Kathy, I'm shocked. You and your boys are in my prayers. Hope to see you Monday.
In thinking of my vague recollections of the first time I met Mike, (after all, it was many years ago), the one word that comes to mind is... comfortable. In his easygoing style, quick wit, and willingness to share his knowledge, he made you feel comfortable (even when you were meeting your future in-laws for the very first time). I value the time I spent with him and can't believe he's gone. Gonna miss you big brother-in-law.
Pete we are so sorry for the loss of your father.....hugs to you and Betty
Kathy and Family:
Our heartfelt condolences to you, Kathy and your family at this difficult time. Mike was one of the "good ones", a faithful husband, proud father, helpful neighbor and loyal friend. The Franklin Street neighborhood will always remember you and Mike in only the best ways.

I worked with Mike early in my HR career and placed high value on the mentoring and time he spent sharing his knowledge with me. I can only imagine the number of lives he has impacted over the years. My thoughts and prayers to his family.
Kathy and family. We are very saddened by the passing of Mike. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. I am sorry I will not be able to make the visitation due to being out west at a trade show the week of 21st July. Peace be with you and your family....Steve Ramsey/Mary Warren
It's hard to find the right words, Kathy, but want you to know you're in our thoughts and prayers right now. It's also hard to think of Mike being sick; he was so healthy and vibrant. Blessings to you and your family at this very difficult time.
