I only recently heard of Mr. Pfeiffer's passing. I'd like to extend my sympathies during this difficult time. It was an honor to sing under his direction from 1979-1985. I will always cherish the memories from that time of my life. His instruction and high standards for excellence and decorum greatly influenced me and helped to make me who I I am today. I am forever grateful.
Thinking of you with love and sympathy. Paul is most likely leading the choir.
Oh my dear friend Virginia and Family,
I cannot tell you how sorry I was to hear the news of Paul's passing.
I will always remember his very high standards, his playing for programs at school with ease and his kindness to me as a beginning teacher.
You are all in my thoughts and prayers.
With great love,
Dear Virginia and your beautiful family,
It has been almost 20 years now that I was your student teacher, Virginia. I carry your teaching expertise and love for singers of all ages with me every single day. You were so generous to introduce me to Paul. I treasure the time we spent together. Paul's bright spirit and love for people was only surpassed by his fine musicianship and strong work ethic. May God's love surround you and your family during this time of sadness and loss. All the best, LaGretta (Stegner) Lunde
Dear Virginia and family, I am so sorry for your loss--may God be with you in this time. I remember Paul for his musicianship and discipline long after singing in the choir from 1968-1975. He shaped my life in and out of music. It will never be forgotten. There are so many stories I could relay that just tell all about the man and what he was to the choir, to me, and his singers in general.
Feeling grateful to have know such a wonderful man who was so generous with his time, talents and gifts. I enjoyed talking with him and gaining priceless advice and encouragement. My thoughts are with Virginia and the rest of his family.
Our prayers go out to Virginia and the family. Paul was a very special man and a delight to know. He and Virginia made a wonderful team; one of God's special couples.
Dear Pfeiffer family,
I am so sorry for your loss. I feel incredibly grateful to have met Mr. Pfeiffer as a young choir boy. He had an immense influence on the direction of my life. Not only teaching me about music but also about leadership, integrity, as well as opening my eyes to the larger world. I will never forget his influence and his lessons.
Pfeiffer Family, Very sorry to learn of Paul's passing. He was an influential part of my life while I was a member of the MN Boychoir. Please know that he tought me how to conduct myself in life and I will forever be thankful for that. Still to this day, some 35 years later, I remember him pointing out to all the other boys that during a concert at the Renaissance Festival I was so focused on singing that I didn't notice the bee that was flying around my head the entire time. It was a teaching moment for him, but a confidence booster for me. Thank you Paul for your influence on my life.
To Virginia & Family: I'm so sorry to read about Paul's recent death. I worked for Paul at the Soo Line in the late 70s and have fond memories of the fun I had with him, Dave Larson, & Donna Bruns in the Employment Department. Has it really been 35 years ago? I also attended some of the Boychoir concerts and could see and feel his passion as he directed those young boys! My sympathy to you all during this difficult time. Pamela Fox Warren
The Minnesota Boychoir gave my son as well as our whole family an incredible gift. Thank you Paul for the opportunity
to be a part of the Boychoir music legacy.
Sorry for the loss of your loved one. May you rely on the God of all comfort to carry you through.
My dear Virginia. I am so sorry to hear of Paul's passing. When you are feeling sad,I hope that you will remember all the wonderful times you had together. Memories can ease the pain.
God Bless you.....Rita Andrescik
I wish to extend my condolences to the Pfiffer family, my thoughts and well wishes are with you at this difficult time.
I had the honor to sing under Mr. Pfeiffer, from 1979-1984. I learned SO much and it has carried me through my life. The many experiences, tours and a disciplined way of singing.
I was at a concert of the choir a few years ago, and went up to Mr. & Mrs. Pfeiffer to say hello and introduce myself, (after all those years) he knew who I was before I finished.
I will cherish all the memories and experiences I have had.
Again I send my condolences.
