With Sympathy to the family, I didn't know Peggy, but my Mother did many years ago. My Mother is Deanna Ruud Malecha. Her father, my Grandfather, was Eldon Ruud. We visited Phyllis in Brookings 2 yrs ago. From the picture of Peggy, she resembled Phyllis quite a bit. Auntie Ethel Anderson used to talk about Peggy, Phyllis, Betty and Winnifred as her "Kids" Again, my sympathy to you all.

My thoughts and prayers are with the family during this sad time. I will always remember Peggy's "spunkiness" and how she just couldn't believe that my golf swing was so awful! She always told the truth, was always smiling, and was always so refreshing and witty and fun to share time with. So sorry for your loss.

Not sure where to start. There are SO many wonderful memories of Peggy. She was my second mom and the mom of my best friend, Patti. I could write a TON, but just want to share that I know you are in a much happier place. I am so glad I was able to say goodbye to you, as I will not be in town for your service. I truly am sad about that. My thoughts and prayers are with the all of the Dandurand family. I am so grateful to have spent my childhood/adult years growing up knowing such a wonderful lady. Love and miss you deeply!

A personal thank you to the family for sharing Peggy with me. The time I had with her was always interesting and she amazed me from comments on my lime green sweats to reading my sweatshirts. My thoughts and prayers are with you Nancy (Mike), Mike (Erin), Amy (DT) as well as with the entire family.

Peggy: I will miss you, although, have not seen you for a long time I will forever remember you. A lot of my child hood and adult years are filled with wonderful and fun memories of you. To all of the Dandurand Family: Peggy will be missed by many. She is safe with God now and her memory is restored as she looks down on all of you with great pride and joy, I am certain! I remember being at your home so many times and having fun with Peggy and all of you. Her tacos were awesome, along with her homemade Christmas caramels. Yummy!! My God watch over you during difficult days and may each of you hold on to each other and cherish all of the wonderful memories you have with your wife, mom and grandma! I had to sign the Guest Book again, because I thought of a couple more things about Peggy. She always matched her outfits too and had so much class. So much fun at our house bbq's and then your house to party in the back yard and lay in the sun. Such fun! I love you, Peggy, and I will miss you and forever and ever cherish the wonderful and happy memories of my child hood and beyond with you and your beautiful family!! Peggy you will be deeply missed

What a wonderful lady. Always happy and very kind.

Grandma, you were an amazing women who taught me so much and left me with so many wonderful memories. I hated that you had dementia these last few years. I am relieved you don't have to suffer anymore. I will miss you a lot and I love you so much. Till we see each other again RIP.
