I spent my first 4 years at N.W. Bell working on the same cable splicing crew with Wayne. We always had fun together both on and off the job, back when there was less workplace stress. Sorry to hear of his passing.
I remember walking to & from the northside school every morning from Wayne's house on the southside back in 6th and 7th grade, stopping at Harold Pederson's Fairway Store on cold mornings to warm up & buy some candy, joking about songs like "Young Love" & "99 Ways," making funny faces to make girls laugh, & lot of other things.... Sorry to hear of his passing....
I am truly sorry that you have lost Wayne. It has been quite some time since I last saw him, but after reading the notes from his friends, it is evident that he always remained the friendly and likable guy I grew up knowing--he always had a smile and hello for everyone. May he rest in peace.
My thoughts and prayers are with all. Wayne held a special place in my heart as I got to know him and Sue during his illness. I enjoyed getting to know his kind hearted spirit when I took care of him as his nurse. He became a friend and loved him dearly! Great man! Will miss him!
So sorry to hear of Wayne's passing. I remember as a co-worker his happy disposition and energy.
Wayne had the best sense of humor and was such a joy to work with - he will be deeply missed. Sorry for your loss - my thoughts are with you all.
Rest in peace Wayne.
Nick, Sorry to read this today. I know how you are feeling, lost my Mom in November. Thinking about you kid!

Wayne always had a big smile upon seeing him. He was a very gentle soul. He will always be remembered fondly here at Sissebagamah Resort! Rest in Peace, Wayne.
Thank you Jason for keeping me informed. But I was still very saddened by Wayne's passing,--my friend for 57 years. I'm thankful Wayne & I got together the past couple of years to reminisce about family, school and cars. You have my very deepest sympathy.
Wayne was always himself....funny, interesting and likeable! He should have been here longer.
