Virginia E. MATHEWS

With joy we remember Virginia- a kind and gentle person. She was a person that showed us how to live, love and put others before ourselves. The stories of my mom and Virg/Ardie were many. Virginia was my Sunday School teacher, my cousin, my role model. My heart is full of happy memories but a sad sense of loss. Much love to Ardell!!

I have fond memories of Virginia. She and Ardell were a big part of my life growing up. I have wonderful memories of holidays spent together with them. She was my first grade Sunday school teacher at Trinity Lutheran Church in St. Paul. She taught there for many years. I know that many people's lives have been changed for the better because of lessons learned in her class and by her kind and loving spirit. We will miss her, but take comfort in knowing that she's in a better place. Our memories of her will help ease our pain at this difficult time.

It was always such a joy to see and serve Ginny and Ardell at North Star Bank. She will be greatly missed.
