As we approach the second anniversary of Sept. 11th, my heart is heavy and I am sad. We lost such a tremendous person when we lost Tyler Ugolyn. I lived in Ridgefield Ct for 9 years. My son Jason, played basketball with Ty and looked up to him and was happy to call him his friend. My daughter was friends with his brother Trevor and my husband and I were friends with Victor and Diane. I pray for your family every day. I have moved away from the the New York area, but I was just in NY for the US Open and thought of Tyler and his family every day. Prayers dont seem to be enough, but they are all I have. I was looking at pictures the other day that I had from his high school days and I was responsible for getting the photos for the basketball program.Ty's smile was infectious, and he always had a "Hi Mrs Davis" for me whenever I saw him. I smiled and cried at the same time. We know that God picked Ty to join him and look out for all of us still waiting to be with him . GOD BLESS the Ugolyn family.
