After Casper, Wyoming, Daddy worked as a draftsman for Magnolia Oil and Texaco in downtown Dallas. He continued after the transfer to Midland and was a very fine draftsman before becoming a landman. His maps were works of art. He also spent years researching his family history back to one of the first Bozeman brothers, Nathan, who came to this country from Amsterdam and settled in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Daddy used the same pen and ink, rulers and straight edges for the family tree as he did for the production maps. It is now a lost art. Belated thanks to Dan for remembering during his memorial.

Vicki Laura,

I just read your Dad's obituary. Here in the 21st century it is becoming more and more rare for there to be long successful marriages like that of your parents.

You are very fortunate to have had such a supportive Dad.

Please extend my condolences to your Mom.

Thinking of you --- hopefully we will talk on your birthday, which I see is less than a week away now.

Best Wishes Always,
Carl Estrada
