Dear Mortensen Family,
My heart sinks with sadness over your loss but leaps with joy for the serenity that your dear wife and mother now enjoys. Our time here is short, sometimes to short, but enables us to know and love so many great things and incredible people. Many will not forget your smiling faces through the good times as well as tragic. Your devotion to the things you hold close; your faith and the importance of your family are testimonies to us all that you have a glimpse of the eternities. You have the blessings of administering of angels. Your mother and wife will always be with you and those angels that have grieved over the loss of their parents and loved ones will comfort you at this time and throughout your life. Grieve for this incredible loss yet also let this experience buoy up your testimonies of seeds planted when covenants were made at the alter of the Temple of our God. Share your experience when you feel you can to comfort others.

You are a beacon to us. Your wife and mother was a joy and a blessed person to be around; she truly made the most of her time among you and the rest of of fortunate brothers and sisters.
