Sympathy & kindest regards to the Specter family & friends whomever & wherever they may be. God bless 1. God bless all. I met Shanin, Stephen, Joan & Arlen in 1964 when they visited Lock Haven, PA; he was a classmate of Alvin Snowiss of LH at U of PA. It was a special privilege to call this fine family my friends over the years. Like so many, I have many special memories.
