I am saddened to discover that Frank has passed. I worked at Elliot Hospital from 1981-1993 and was always proud to be part of that special place that he led so well. God rest his soul.

I had the privelege of working for Frank from 1983 to 1990 at the Elliot and Health NorthEast. These were the first 7 years of my career as a health care administrator. To state that Frank was influential is an understatement. I still look fondly on my years at the Elliot. All my best to his family and may you rest in peace Frank

We will miss you very much. Frank was my mentor and good friend. Words can't express the sadness we feel at this time. Trust me Frank, you'll always be in my thoughts and I'll never forget the great memories we shared working together, playing golf at the Manchester CC and so many other moments. God bless you!

Frank was a brilliant health care executive and a forward thinker. I had the pleasure to work for him at Elliot Hospital. He was a great mentor. My condolences to Maureen and the family, Sally Gammon

Frank lived the ACHE tagline...he was, indeed, a Leader Who Cared.
