My sister and I are very sorry to hear about our second cousin Poppie's passing. We just heard this sad news from our Aunt Dubby DeGoski. We met with Poppie about two years ago at the Otsega Hotel in Cooperstown, NY where we had a wonderful luncheon. We shared many memories. Poppie was inspirational with her many talents and interests. She reminded us a great deal of our mother RoseMarie. We remember Poppie and her family visiting her mother, our Aunt Helen, in Cherry Valley, NY. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family. My sister and I were very sorry to hear of Poppie's passing from Aunt Dubby DeGoski. We met with Poppie a couple years ago and enjoyed a wonderful luncheon at the Otsega Hotel in Cooperstown, New York. She was very inspirational in sharing her interests, especially art and gardening. Poppie was our second cousin on our mother's side. In fact, she reminded us a great deal of our mother RoseMarie. As young children, We remember Poppie and her family visiting her mother Helene in Cherry Valley, NY. Our thoughts and prayers go out to the family.
