Cecil: We are sorry to hear of the passing of Dolores. Though I did not have the opportunity to know both of you together, I suspect she was your anchor. Take care of yourself.

We are so sorry to hear of Dolores' passing. She was a wonderful person - and superb educator. Even though we hadn't seen her for many years, our thoughts were always for her - and her family - when we drove through Poway and other times. Our thoughts and condolences are with the family. Love, Barbara & Harry Towler

Dolores has been one of my closest friends for nearly twenty-five years. She was a warm, gracious, and thoughtful person, a perfectionist who worked very hard to do the best job possible, and someone who gave generously of her time and attention far above the norm. Dolores was a very attractive woman who dressed beautifully and kept her home a showplace. I could continue listing her virtues, but they are already well known to her grieving family and friends. For me, Dolores is irreplaceable.

Dolores offered me a teaching position in the Chapter ! program after I had a 20 year hiatus from the education field. I was most grateful and enjoyed our 10 year professional relationship in this area. she was always extremely supportive of the entire staff and was a great asset to this program. My condolences to her entire family. Genie Brown

Mr. Munsey, I am sorry to read of your wife's passing. You are one of my Best Teachers of All Time (Silver Gate Elementary 6th grade, 1970), so I am delighted to learn that she was an educator also. I am sure that her students and colleagues benefitted from the same dedication and integrity that you brought to your classroom.
Best regards to you,
Terry Cook

I had the pleasure of working with Dolores in San Diego, when we were both resource teachers. I later worked with Cecil when I was in Ramona, for SARB cases. Having known both and the love and respect they had for one another, saddens me more to read the news of her death. My deepest condolences to Cecil and the rest of the family, for the loss of such a wonderful person.
