My sincere condolences to the family of Thomas J. Bardom may you have peace and comfort during this difficult time, "Do not be anxious over anything, and the peace of God will guard your hearts". Phil.4:6.7

My deepest sympathy to Nancy and all the children and grandchildren. It is so difficult to imagine a world without Tom:I see him,in the 70's, the 80's, and 90's, heading down Topanga Canyon to work at 4 a.m. every morning, meticulously dressed, of course; I remember him coming into the kitchen in the evening with a smile at Nancy's greeting,"There's my doll baby;" I see him precisely laying out the square of paper towel to prepare his drink, his chop, his green beans, then later happily carrying his nightly dish of ice cream into the bedroom. At the Bardon's sumptuous holiday celebrations, he would be monitoring the Prime Ribs and the Cure 81 Hams, while splashing Maker's Mark into everyone's glass. I hear his cheerful and concerned "But how are You?" on the phone, and always I hear "Honey" in the background as I talk to Nancy. Most of all I see his daily care and concern for Nancy and his joy in her presence. Tom's strong, loving, and attentive presence will live in my memory as it will in all of ours.

My memories of Christmas Day at Uncle Tom & Aunt Nancy's in Northridge, growing up in the late 60's and 70's: the big, black, standard poodle (Baron?) tearing around the house keeping track of everyone. A house jam-packed full of friends & family. Sitting @ the kids' table with the cousins, Kevin, Chris & Scottie, laughing till our sides ached! And of course, Uncle Tom calling, "Honey! Honey!" with his voice getting progressively higher.
Uncle Tom, you were a character! We will miss you!

My dear Tomas, Aunt Charliene will so miss you and your cheery telephone answering ie. Hello Char with a smile in your voice. Will miss you so much-you are a legend in our life. If you run into Ralphie in Heaven, tell I love and miss him. Aunt Charliene
