Kim,and Tom, I am so sorry for your loss. Your Mom was an incredible person and I am blessed to have known her. My thoughts and prayers are with you.
Mrs. Smith was always so kind to me when I stopped by her store. I didn't shop in Binn's often, but when I did, she treated me like I was her favorite customer. I will miss her beautiful smile and her amazing style. Always perfect from head to toe and beautiful inside and out. We are richer for having known Janice, but poorer without her. Kim, Tom and Ed, The heart which allows us to feel so much joy is so sadden at Janice's passing. She was a friend to so many, each feeling special in her presence. She knew how to make others feel wonderful when they came to Binn's. The family was her pride and joy and each one was a treasure to her. A friend for over 20 years, she was always so kind to me and my family sharing the loss of my dad and the joy of my sons. Janice, you are in our prayers. There is another angel in Heaven and another bright star to watch over us. May God grant you love and peace in your days to come. She called me "Turkey Buzzard" I called her "Bird Land." She was a bright light for us all. We must keep that light alive with the memories and love we share.
God Blessings be with your family at this time of grief.

My deepest sympathy goes to the entire family.
Janice was so much fun to be around and had a smile that made you smile just looking at her. I recall the fun times we all had at the Sassy Fox, too many years ago to mention. It is funny how some people and there light stays with you forever. Janice will be missed but will live on in the people that she touched through out her life.
What a true lady she was.
Ed, I'm so sorry for your loss.I never know what to say. Words are not enough., But I do believe you have an Angel watching over you all the time now and forever..Love Heather Paton..
I have such fond memories of Janice. I could call her and tell her what I would need for a special event and she would work non-stop to find me the perfect outfit. Last year I needed her to find me the perfect dress for my 25th Wedding anniversary party. Janice did not stop until she found it During her trips to New York, she would take her time to look for a dress for me. She helped me find the perfect jewelry and shoes. She cared about all of her customers and Janice let you know if you really looked good or not in an outfit. She made shopping a fun time at Binns. She loved her animals. As an animal lover, we would talk about them everytime I was in the store. I never just felt like a customer over the many year of knowing Janice, she made you feel you were her friend. I will always treasure the picture of her and Betty White together. I am going to frame it and each time I look at it, I will very blessed to have known such a wonderful woman. Kim, Tom and Ed, all of you are in my prayers. May God be with you during this sad time in your lives
Ed, Kim and Tom,
So sorry to hear of Janice's passing.
Her memories will live forever.
Tom & Kim...Janice was a person that helped create memories when you came in to visit Binns.... Those memories will keep her alive in the thousands of people that met her and left the store with a new outlook on Williamsburg... I will never forget the ordeal with the 12 ft ladder she carried thru the store to get a Christmas ornament midway of the giant tree....I believe everyone that came to the store was told of that event.... Janice always went out of her way to treat everyone as they were the only one in the store and that she had nothing to do but make your visit special.....which she did...
I pray that her spirit will always roam the isles of the shop and the joy of her smile will greet everyone .....
Tom, Kim and the staff keep her love.....compassion and joy forever alive so that her presents will always be with us all.....I would love to have been at the Gates of Heaven when she arrived.....I just hope God was ready.....and had a place for all her heels....and ready to rearrange to suit her taste....LOL
You are in my thoughts and prayers...Oscar will be missed by my Betty...(Betty is the name she gave my tumor..)
Love David Greg and Aunt Dottie
We shall greatly miss our neighbor on the "HILL"; her warm smile will always be there!... Our deepest heart felt condolences to Janice's Family.

So sorry for your loss. I can still see Janice practically running up that majestic staircase at Binns in those 3 inch heels. It still amazes me how she did that, she told me she didn't feel right in anything but heels! Love that. She will be missed. Karen Warren, former Binns employee.
Although words seem to say so little you need to hold to your memories, to all the cherished moments of the past, to laughter, the joys, the sorrow and the tears. They all add up to a treasure of yesterdays that you shared and spent together. The special moments and memories will never change and will always be in your heart forever.
Please take care and we have been thinking about all of you over the last week.
To the Family of Janice, Jeannie and I want to express our sincere feelings of sorrow for the passing of Janice. We knew Janice for many years shopping at Binns in Williamsburg. It is Jeannie's Favorite Store, and Janice was such a Joy to see and have help us as we shopped there! She was fast on her feet and quick to say "Hello Jeannie and David!" We have wonderful memories of Janice!!
