Those we loved don't go away
They walk beside us every day
Unseen, unheard, but always near
Still loved, still missed, still very dear.

for all its worth, I am finished gluing.
One has to have a close look now in order to see the cracks, they are there. My existence is back to what we call normal. Time does heal. You still give me strength on a daily base, but so does Don.Thanks Sineke

Four years ago we lost you but there is not a day that you are out of our mind. Bas is doing so very well and i know that you are sitting in your chair looking down , with a smile on your face , that you are proud (just like us) how he is doing and that you are glad he is enjoying life again !

Love you bro

its been four years, where did the time slip out of my existence. I visited all your favorite spots today, The Galileo, Whistler, Pemberton, lunch in Lillooet and back via Hope 680 of our favorite kilometers. It was nice not being alone, you travelled with me. We had the Toyota as we did in 2010. I still miss you darling but I have picked up the chards of life and I am gluing.
Same trip next year,
Love Bas.

Two years ago Gordy....

God looked around his garden and found an empty space
He then looked down upon the earth and saw your tired face
He put his arms around you and lifted you to rest.
God's garden must be beautiful He only takes the best.

You are deeply missed Gordy, especially by Bas.

Love you brother.

Aniversaries are painful- but serve a purpose of reliving the great times. I know there were many for you two Bas, as there were for me growing up with Gordon and family. The Sunday visits, the laugher, the card games and the occasional winter days when cars seemed to find their way off the road! Those precious memories no one can take away- they just make out lives richer.

2 years my dear Man have gone by, this translate to 730 days, I don't know what is worse. For those people that don't believe in God, I still was allowed to have you with me for almost 4 decades and that was not just a fluke.
For those of my friends and family that might read this, honestly, I could not have done my "surviving" without your help. I am not going to do names, but thank parts of the world where Gordon's friends are.
Mill in Brabant, Amsterdam, Ede, Den Haag, Lelystad, Budapest, Brussel, London, Fort Francis, Prince Albert, Saskatoon, Winnipeg, Airdrie, and the rest of Canada.
I hope you ran into Connie, you two knew that there was more between heaven and Earth than Frances and I could see.
Dear Beverley is still with us and she still feels privileged that she met us.
You have done so much for so many people, and not only in Cooper Place,
you do deserve a place in heaven. And I know that you are there.
The only thing I am asking for is, visit me more often please.

Just love you for ever,

Bas.
