Heartfelt condolences are extended to your family at this difficult time. Seek the love and support God provides to help you cope during this time - Psalms 29:11

My condolences to the entire Angell family. First met Phemie in about 1955 at Allard St Baptist Church. She was a loving person and a guiding light to me. RIP Most special Angel.

Dear Elizabeth, Heather and Kathy,
I am so sorry for the loss of your Mom. She was always so kind to me. Being an only child, I loved being included in a large family.
The lane behind our houses was always ground zero for neighborhood information, bike riding and fun. It was the path to your Mom and Dad's welcoming home.
Your Mom was always so friendly and kind to me as a kid and in later years as an adult.
Many of the parents who made Kinsac Street a great place to grow up are now gone, but they, like your Mom, live on in our warm memories.

Living next door to Phoemie and Merv for 35 + years I loved her like a sister. We are heartbroken to think of her gone. Even though she moved a couple of years ago I still see her working in her yard that she loved so much. She would work there for a full day at times and loving every minute. Often she would hand pieces of plants over the fence for me and I now care for those and think of those days. Soon as she would get the garden under control Merv would build ANOTHER PLANTER for her to fill! As she aged she still worked hard falling asleep while sitting on the stairs when she stopped to rest. Such a sweet a woman and neighbour we all truly miss her. All her neighbours loved her and gathered over the lane fence for visits while she worked. If we all had a little of her in us it would be a wonderful world. She would often speak of love for her family and her parents and childhood growing up. She had some sad times in her life but her belief in God kept her positive and she worked through it. She had a good life with Merv and I believe he came for her.she is happy now but bitter sweet for her family who will miss her in their lives. We send our sincere condolences to her precious family that came almost every day to see her and were so good to her. That is what love is. Sincerely Janis and Gregory

Euphemia was truly a sweet, sweet soul. My son & I were her neighbors on Kinsac for a few years. It was always a pleasure to chat with her and Merv when they were out in their lovely yard. RIP sweet lady.
