Barb, I'm so sorry to read that Gary has passed. My condolences to you and your family. Gary was a kind and gentle man. You must miss him so. My heart goes out to you.

Lots of love to you all. I always saw Gary as such a cool dad. So easy going, gentle and friendly. I loved spending time and sleepovers at the family house on 7th, many fond memories! His spirit will be forever among all of you. Xo

For Barb a special lady

It was truly a blessing to have known this special man and to be able to call him a friend. We shared so many laughs and his unique smiles and the faces he made would crack us up and brighten up our days. Gary was one of a kind and never will be forgotten. Gary always put everyone ahead of himself. He loved his family and talked about them all the time. Sending love and hugs to Barb and family. Love Rick and Dora

I'm so very sorry for your loss. I worked along side Gary for years starting from 1980. He truly was one of those people that everyone loved. He was so very kind to all that he was with. He treated all equally not caring of your position or rank, His bright smile always could light up the worst job that we might have been working on. His days of doing sacks along side Art Primack are legendary on the docks still to this day.
Our world would be such a better place if we all could be half the person he was.
