Grace truly was one in a million !! I met her on a cold day in 1972 . Grace interviewed me and my teeth were chattering so she gave me her sweater . So began my 15 yrs. at B.C. Tel. She helped me get one of my first shifts covered so my mom and I could go and see Engelbert Humperdinck. I found out the next day it was because she was a fan too !! A bunch of us from Directory Assistance went out one night to the Stardust Roller Rink in Richmond and Grace brought her husband along. They were the main attraction as they waltzed to the music !!!! We were in awe ! Ponytails , colorful bows. charm bracelets that we could hear for miles !!! Twinkling eyes and a big smile. That was all part of Grace ...and a big heart. She cared about us and we all loved her. I have shared those memories with many people over the years.

Forever Rainbows Grace

I was saddened to hear of the death of Grace. I first met Grace in 1970 when we both rode the bus to Burnaby after finishing our 5pm to midnight shift in operator service at BC Tel. I then had the pleasure of working with Grace at various times over the years until she retired. She was a wonderful person with a big heart. Always interested and so caring for the young people. Rest In Peace, Grace.

To the family of Grace,
I saw Grace after many years at the Telus Christmas dinner in 2017. She wore an outstanding necklace and bracelet that sparkled, just as she always did. I introduced Grace to many people around me making a point of letting everyone know what a fabulous supervisor she was to all the young women starting their careers at BCTel. We all adored her as she believed in us and helped us mature in our first jobs. She was like our Den Mom. Will love her forever.
How blessed the family was to have her as their matriarch .
May she rest in peace.
