Dear Bayer Family
I am very sorry and sad to hear Mr.Joseph Bayer passed away. Here, I want to express my very sincere and heartfelt condolence. I was a piano student of Mr. Bayer. Back then, about year 2000, I was a new immigrant to Canada and a woman who wanted to become a piano teacher, I was fortunate to meet him and become one of his students. I was helped and encouraged to pursue my dream in music. It was not easy for an adult student. Under his instruction, I finished my associate and licentiate diploma examination. Then, I still continued to take piano lessons with him until about 3 years ago. I still remember how my son crawled around and under his piano while I was having my lesson. I was very grateful for what he has done for me and how he helped me to set up my career in piano teaching. He also inspired me to be an active teacher in the community which I am doing it now.
Please know that he will always be missed and will remain as my most important piano teacher in my memory.
