Sorry you have passed away. You were great to deal with. A very encouraging attitude

I was fortunate to have Mr Scarrow for Biology 11 and for home room in grade 12. He was fair, understanding, patient, and never harsh. He respected his students. When I think of Killarney he always comes to mind. I remember his compassion when our paths crossed at VGH in 73. My sympathies to his family. RIP Mr Scarrow!

So sad to hear he is gone! He will never be forgotten! He was always so friendly and smiling! He always was there for you whenever you needed something. I am honoured that he was in my life and I am sad that we lost a great person/teacher/friend. Rest in peace Mr. Scarrow!!

I appreciated Mr. Scarrow's dedication and rigorous approach which inspired us all to hard work in Biology 12 (1972) The Long Beach field trip was an amazing experience.

Mr. Scarrow was my teacher in the early 60s at Killarney High School. Always enjoyed his class.

MR. Scarrow was my biology teacher in grade 11 and 12 at Killarney. I wasn't a particularly strong student but the incentive to obtain a B grade and a place on the field trip to Long Beach encouraged me to try my best. I was fortunate enough to go both years and those trips were the highlight of my high school years. They also awakened a life long love of natural world. Thanks so much to Mr. Scarrow for providing us to have that opportunity.
