Muriel and family:
Our sincere condolences.
Ken was a real gentleman, a person of integrity. Throughout Ken's career as managing director of the College of Dental Surgeons of BC his positive influence in B.C. and throughout Canada was very significant. His kind thoughtful approach was appreciated and Ken was greatly respected for his many significant contributions.
As an individual who worked with Ken for many years at the College; his guidance, his approach and his friendship was greatly appreciated.
Sincerely, Don & Dorothy MacFarlane

Sorry to hear of Ken

Sorry to hear the news of Uncle Ken. My brother, David, and I have talked about the strange feeling of all the Croft siblings being gone now. Thinking of you, Muriel, and all of Uncle Ken's family.

Many wonderful memories, even from childhood, of Ken come to mind. The best was of a shared meal at the airport in Vancouver with Muriel and my husband Jim as we flew in to board a ship to Alaska.
I had the privilege of sharing a number of emails with Ken leading up to the trip. He and I were so excited at the prospect of meeting face to face again after too many years. I can still hear Muriel say "I'd know her anywhere!". Ken shared stories of his relationship with his brothers including my Father Bruce. The bond he had with them came through despite the distance of time.
I gave Ken copies of a few letters Bruce had written to my Mother during his service overseas in the 1940's. Ken said he could hear Bruce's voice in each letter.
To my cousin's I would like to say your Dad remembers your names now.

God Bless
Cathy
