I had the great fortune of being in Mr Henry's science co-op class. I have so many fond memories of that time thanks to Mr Henry's leadership. I will never see a package of Tang and not think about dilution calculations in Chemistry class. He had a way of making everything understandable, interesting, and fun. It was obvious that he genuinely cared about and believed in each and every one of us. That is something that stays with you. Thank you so much for sharing your father, husband, son and brother with the rest of us, I am sorry for your loss.

Mr. Henry was one amazing teacher. He encouraged us to be thoughtful with our learning, respected us as individuals, and really promoted a healthy and fun classroom environment. His laughter was infectious and his smile was warm. The impact he left on myself, and countless other students, was greater than he may have known. I am thankful to have spent an entire semester in Mr. Henry's classroom. My thoughts go out to the Henry family.

A true legend. I never had another teacher like Mr. Henry. I hope that he knew how much he was loved by all of us that had the pleasure of having him as an educator, mentor and friend.

I never had the chance to be Mr. Henrys student, and yet he still impacted my life.
One of the few teachers in high school who not only cared about you as a student, but as a person as well.
He was also one of the few who made you care about being there and giving it your best.
He was an Amazing Teacher and Person and will be missed by so many more than can ever be said.
We are all truly sorry for his families loss.

Mr. Henry was the teacher that everyone wanted. He knew how to connect with his students. The Surrey School District has lost a great one. My condolences to his family and friends.
