Hello Jim,

Our former neighbours (Drew & Cathy) just informed me of Mary Joh's passing. They and I are very sorry to hear of it. My sincerest condolences. Can't express how sadden I'm to hear this. She was the primary motivator for me making me want to have my daughter study the piano and the violin over the last six years, something that would have NEVER have happened without her influence on me.

My sincere condolences to Jim and family.
Mary-Jo and I were best friends during our years at Weston School in Montreal West. We had a grand time sliding down the banisters and running through the halls of our little private school on Balantyne Avenue South in Montreal West. On weekends I was often invited to tag along on ski trips to Mont-Tremblant where Mary-Jo and the gang used a sink or swim teaching method to improve my novice skiing skills. Evenings out at the pub after skiing were filled with fun. Time spent with Mary-Jo was always an adventure. We lost touch when we went our separate ways on to College and University but I have thought of her often over the years and tried to find her through facebook and other social media in the past few years to no avail. I was very saddened today to read of Mary-Jo's passing. The world has lost a special soul.
Thanks for the great times my friend.
