Terry was a great man that I had known since I had immigrated to Canada, Terry helped me a lot when I was new here with almost nothing but a lot of needs.
He always liked to give his love doing favors for people who were around him and he didn't ask for anything in return.
Thank you Terry for being my friend for the past almost 20 years, I won't forget how much you helped and taught me, I love you and I will miss you dearly my friend!

Sue and Family, Michelle and family,

As a family we would see Terry at grandkids events and visits at Sue and Alan's - a great man and we always heard wonderful things about him. Stories and gratitude are what keep legacies alive. Celebrate Terry (Papa) often, now and always.

With love and lots of hugs - Ron, Marsha, Hannah and Reilly

Growing up I was always excited when we were heading to Uncle Terry's. He always had a smile, a joke and a way of always making me feel welcome. When I grew up and had children of my own they also had that same excitement when I told them we were going to visit Uncle Terry. He was just as amazing to my children as he had been to me, he was the perfect uncle. His door was always open when I was in town on business or traveling through with the family for a place to stay the night. I appreciated our talks when I would stop by his "office" for a beer and a laugh. He was a great man, father, brother and uncle. Love from the Harris Family. Always remembered.

My thoughts are with you Sue and Michelle and your families. Many fond memories of your Dad as we grew up! I was lucky to experience many family gatherings, sleepovers and really felt like the third daughter when we were young! From the gorgeous garden to the help with our guitars for Jr. High air guitar contests and not to forget the fun with the helium tanks he had from work! Always a laugh making our voices Squeek! May you all be comforted keeping those cherished memories close to your heart! Hugs!

Terry was a fabulous grandfather and friend. If you knew him, you'd know there are too many stories to share online. His love of sports, gardening, sharing a beer at the office and of course his greatest delight - the family, all made for an interesting man. He was quiet chap, who enjoyed a quiet life but was always so generous and hospitable - a real gentlemen who I enjoyed spending time with on my trips to Vancouver. I will miss him greatly for his good sense of humour, his gruffness at times and his caring nature. There are so many fond memories, but teaching him to do the 'haka' at a friends wedding many years ago was a classic not to be forgotten. Terry, will be missed and he will be remembered and spoken of fondly and often. RIP. xxx
