To my Father-in-Law,
I am truely lucky to have been able to spend time with you over the few holidays we shared. I am especially lucky to have caught my first salmon last summer using your method! Casting out over and over with no luck, I thought, "Im going to use Walter's way of fishing" and then sure enough, caught one on the first try. I know you always enjoyed hearing it when I told you about my fishing experience. Thank you for all the laughs and stories that we got to share over the dinner table, and all the love that you sent our way when Tye and I got married. I will miss you. xoxo

Walter,
I feel blessed to have had you as part of our family. You were so good to me growing up and reminded me so much of your Dad with your animated and entertaining stories! I will never forget your thoughtfulness when I came home one day and one of your parents rose bushes was left on my step, my only request when the family home was sold. I have this rose bush at our new home and every time it blooms I will think not only of your parents, but of you! My heart goes out to Tye and Cole.

Walt, my first memories were of you as this cute little mischievious boy (bringing snakes and bugs in the house). Then, you turn around and you are a young man. Your face lit up when speaking of your boys. Your stories were always full of humor. We will always remember you and your smile. Thanks for the memories --your cousin Myrt --May peace be with you.

You lived your life to the fullest and in the way you wanted to. For that I salute you Brother.
You will be missed!
