Angel, a very good man, my co-worker of many years at Naval Base Point Mugu, and friend! - with what seemed to be a permanent smile on his kind and jovial face. I enjoyed his company very much! My condolences to all.

Mare, I will never forget the wonderful memories that I have shared with Pare especially those when I was stationed in Charleston, S.C. He was just a great person and I thank God for giving me the opportunity to meet him and be his friend and compadre. God bless.

I have met many fine people during my 20 year Navy career and Angel is at the top of that list. He truly had a positive impact on both my Navy career and my personal life. My wife, Nenita and I are blessed to have known you. Our thoughts and prayers go out to Belen, Lelani, and Grace.
