John R. Scherbert, 68, lost his battle to cancer and was called home on Wednesday, September 9, 2015 in Camarillo, CA John was born on September 21, 1946 to parents John and Mary Scherbert of Oxnard, Ca.
He retired from the U.S. Army in 1993 in Anchorage, Alaska, but claimed his home in Las Vegas, NV for the past 23 years.
He is survived by his children, Zachary Scherbert, Dawn Desiree Pilgram and Ethan Scherbert, four beautiful Grandchildren, and a sister, Debra McCown.
Funeral services will be held at Conejo Mountain Funeral Home Memorial Park on Tuesday, September 15, 2015 at 9:30.
