I first met Wally when I was working in the stores at Disneyland in the 80s. He'd already retired, but came around every now and again. I thought he just radiated joy and kindness. He seemed to genuinely enjoy everyone he came into contact with. Although I never got the opportunity to see him perform with Fulton and Betty at the Horseshoe, his legacy was certainly alive and well, and it's always been fun to watch his Traveling Salesman and Pecos Bill on video. He embodies the words Disney Legend and he will be missed for a long time to come. Much love to his beloved family.

I am sorry to say that I never got the chance to know Mr. Boag Sr., but earlier this year I saw some clips of him performing in the Golden Horseshoe Corral and on the Muppet Show, and I knew that I was introduced to a legend. a true renisannce man, balloon animal expert, master storyteller, and all around nice comedian to boot. I hoped that I might be able to meet him one day, but now I hope that I might meet him, and thank him, in Heaven some day. Many condolences to Mr. Wally Boag's family and friends, and let us all hope that he is never forgotten. :)

Wally was a great entertainer and individual. I got to know Wally during my brief Disneyland stint and always enjoyed his company. He was always pleasant and upbeat.

He's the toughest critter west of the Alamo.."
