On Wednesday, January 10, 2018, of Silver Spring, MD. Beloved wife of the late Paul J. O'Brien, Sr.; mother of Paul O'Brien, Kevin (Katherine) O'Brien, Karen (Thomas) Craigie, Colleen (Daniel) Ryan, and Thomas (Amanda) O'Brien; sister of Robert (Nancy) and Thomas (Barbara) Ezolt; sister-in-law of Thomas (Catherine) and Patrick (Lillian) O'Brien; grandmother of Katie, Maggie, Elizabeth and Julianna O'Brien, Joel DeClue, and Elliot and Amelie O'Brien. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard West, Silver Spring, MD, (Valet Parking), on Sunday, January 14, from 7 to 9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Holy Redeemer Church, 9705 Summit Ave, Kensington, MD, on Monday, January 15, at 10:30 a.m. Interment Mt. IT WAS A SHOCK TO HEAR OF ANNA MAE'S DEATH. WE WERE YOUNG MOTHERS TOGETHER WHEN OUR CHILDREN WERE IN THE SAME SCHOOL. WE WORKED AND PLAYED TOGETHER FOR MANY YEARS. MY HEART GOES OUT TO HER WHOLE FAMILY.

Anna Mae, Paul, John and I shared four beautiful granddaughters, Katie, Maggie, Elizabeth and Julianna. We shared countless family celebrations for over twenty years and marveled at our blessings. I will miss her always loving kindness to me.
