AUDREY VOTTA FRANZ (Age 87)
On Saturday, April 14, 2018, of Silver Spring, MD. Beloved wife of the late Alfred "Jerry" Franz; mother of Jacqueline Murphy (Gerard) and Jerry Franz, Jr.; sister of the late Lucien Votta; grandmother of Anne Marie Westreich (Luke), Michael (Lauren) and Kathleen Murphy (Greg); great-grandmother of Charlotte and Aidan Murphy. She is also survived by honorary grandchildren, Jim and Tim Gardner; honorary great grandchildren, Alex and Will Gardner and other loving family and friends. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard West, Silver Spring, MD, (Valet Parking), Wednesday, April 18, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial at Our Lady of Grace Church, 15661 Norbeck Blvd, Silver Spring, MD, on Thursday, April 19, 2018 at 11 a.m, with family receiving of friends from 10 to 11 a.m. Interment Gate of Heaven Cemetery. Jackie and Gerry... I remember Audrey and Jerry fondly. They were easy "family party" companions and I always enjoyed it when we had a chance to hook up! Jackie...I'm so sorry for your loss.
