Dear Mr. John, Chris, Jen, and family,
Thank you so very much for sharing your precious Bonnie with our Holy Cross Hospital family. I admired and respected Bonnie for her skillful leadership and tactful wisdom and etiquette.
I went to her with a professional concern regarding our work ethic. With much poise and grace she talked me through a problem that, since then, has not been a problem at all.
I pray that God's strength will comfort you, that your fond memories of Bonnie will help sustain you, and that in great anticipation of Jesus' second coming, that you will know that you can cast ALL of your cares upon Him, because He cares for you. You are loved with an everlasting love.
The Lord Jesus Bless You.
Fondly, Felicia Ojo, RN

Bonnie will surely be missed. I still remember my very first day at Holy Cross Hospital 3 years ago - I will never forget her warm, welcoming smile. She was my biggest supporter, and believed in my professional (and personal) abilities. Bonnie was always willing to provide me guidance and comfort when needed. I hope that in this time of sorrow your family finds comfort in remembering all the wonderful memories. My sincere sympathy for your loss.

John and children. I worked with Bonnie at Providence Hospital. I worked there from 1974 thru 1997. Bonnie gave me a ride to work in my beginning days. I lived in Hyattsville at the time. I enjoyed working with her. She was a nurse's nurse, her compassion was infectious. I met with her at HCH when my parents were admitted. I thanked her for the geriatric ER. Even though I have not seen or talked with her in a few years, I am so sorry for your lose and to the community at large. I took care of your mother after a joint surgery when I was a visiting nurse with Adventist Home Health in the late 90's or early 2000's in your home in Glenn Dale
John I have meet you several times at the hospital

It's ironic that Bonnie, who dedicated so much of her life to helping seniors, never got to be one herself. I'll never forget working with her at Providence Hospital - it was a joy to see her smile and to trade wry comments with her at the nursing station. I can picture her there even now.. .
