CAROL ANN MILES (Age 71)
On Friday, August 21, 2015, of Silver Spring, MD. She is survived by her loving and devoted husband David A. Miles. Carol attended Northwood High School, where many loving friends will mourn her loss. We will always carry the sweet memory of Carol in our hearts. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard West, Silver Spring, MD, (Valet Parking), Monday, August 31, from 2 to 4 p.m. Graveside Service and Interment at Parklawn Memorial Park, 12800 Veirs Mill Road, Rockville, MD, on Tuesday, September 1 at 1 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, PO Box 1000, Dept. 142, Memphis, TN 38148.www.COLLINSFUNERALHOME.com

We've been best friends since high school and have been there for each other many times over. Carol was so special in many ways, she had a big heart that cared about family, and friends. It was a privilege to be her friend.
Dave, please accept our condolences. The wonderful memories that you have of Carol will be the treasures that you hold forever and will comfort you in this sad journey. Embrace these memories, as Carol will always be with you.

When I heard of Carol's passing, I was shocked and deeply sadden. Carol is a loving and kind person. She is always smiling. I appreciate that I was able to know this special person. My heart and prayers goes out to Carol's family and especially her husband, Dave. She is like a mom to me.

Carol was a wonderful co-worker and friend for the last seven years, and I was blessed to have known her. She will be missed by many. It is hard to find the right words at a time like this. I am so sorry for your loss Dave.
